Quotations and orders

A form submission starts a discussion and does not create a contract. An order exists only after the parties confirm the specification, price, minimum quantity, payment, production schedule, packing, shipment and other commercial terms in writing.

Buyer-provided materials

By sending logos, artwork, brand names, reference images or concepts, you confirm that you may share them for quotation, sampling and manufacturing discussion. Your materials are handled under the Privacy Policy and any separate NDA or rights agreement.
